Money

When is the cutoff for t-shirts? Got a couple of KC ff's that are on the fence for attendance but should be confirmed by early Aug. Hopefully that's not too late for a shirt order.

Can't give a price until I get a better handle on number of shirts and sizes. Small run printers base their costs on quantity so the more I order, the cheaper they are. I'll probably order a few extras in L and XL sizes for procrastinators. I'll try to work up a cost for the shirt and dinner on Saturday night and post it after this crazy 4th of July week.

Nice Choice

I like the design Joe. The single color and rustic feel fits very well with the Nantahala style as I see it. Nice work.

You might want to quote the worst case scenario price, always more comfortable committing when you have an idea of the cost....

Thanks. Worst case would be $25 a head for shirts and cookout. Extra shirts could be had for about $14 each. I was looking into stickers but I couldn't find anyone who would do less than 250 of them and so the cost was too great and I would have a ton left over.

.. this one just keeps crackin' me up .. soooooooo glad I turned around .. this is up Squally right?? .. lol .. I don't think my crash bars would even fit through there ..

.. I just keep picturing me sitting there stuffed into the canyon sitting on my big green KLR and looking like Santa Clause stranded in hell .. meanwhile, in the background, everyone is groaning thinking about pulling that big pig outta that hole .. and don't forget my bike too ..

.. got all my vacation time in for this one .. really looking forward to seein' y'all in the fall (some of you sooner) ..

Actually that was up Webb road after half the group turned around and headed up the gravel dragon. It actually wasn't as hard as it looked. Just had to ride the front wheel up the side a bit and then pull your knees to your chin for a bit. Easy peasy

OK. I just found out something really cool about the shirts and now I'm getting really excited. I'm going to put up all the details on the first page when I get a couple free moments but I think you all are going to be totally psyched!

Be careful when Joe says it's easy...

Usually goes something like...."Simply put your bike in your pocket and your elbow in your ear... I never actually did it before...but I..I think..I mean it will be fine..."

If I remember correctly Joe pulled up next to me about 25 feet before this spot. BrianSlickTire and I were debating the pulling our bikes through that crevice because we were already getting tired. Joe stopped on the high side, took a nice quick nap breaking his clutch perch in the process. That's easy peasy Joe?...

I can't wait for some more easy in September...

Happy 4th of July everyone!

I updated the first page again. If you'll notice, the Ocoee Cabin is available again for that weekend. I'm looking forward to the end of this week so I can take a little breather.
