Are you talking about the k270 in the photo I posted previously? If so, I agree. good for pavement - a compromise at best on gravel/dirt when it gets deep. The knobbies I was referring too were k760 trakmaster II rear and K781 Triple front. There is some debate about the K781 being a great all around front but I've not found anyone willing to say it was worse than a 270 in the deep stuff.

Or maybe I misunderstood? Either way I'm mounting the K781 to try it out but I'm open to opinions good or bad.

What are you renting for her? WR250?
I'm game to run something on Sunday- either a recap of previous roads, a mixture of as-yet-unridden-roads (depending on group size) or a venture to wayahutta. No need to set something in stone just yet, but if someone wants to ride Sun I'm down to tag along.

Yes Whitebread117 was talking about the k270 on the front. I like the K270 on the rear but not on the front.

Currently have the k760on the front. Like it a lot better than the K270.

Wayahutta is an ORV trail system run by the Forest Service but maintained by local volunteers. It has ATV sized trails that range from Easy to intermediate. There are a few sections where you have some pretty steep climbs over loose stones. Costs $5 per bike with a self serve pay box in the parking lot. Here's more info ...

T-Shirt Deadline has been extended

Hey all,

It has been crazy busy at the cabins this week and also around the house with kids going back to school sooooo....

I will be submitting T-shirt orders next Friday (8/17) so anyone who hasn't gotten their order in to me has another week. PM me if you want "IN" and be sure to give me the shirt size and exactly what you want spelled out on the back of the shirt.

Joe

You can share my tent. Just kidding. It would be cool to finally ride with you. Thanks for helping Carmen move. Hopefully her Clementine will be running by this.

No pets in the cabins right?

Just wanted to be sure
Camille just saw the cabins, and is interested in coming, even though a damaged disk won't let her ride. Here's the deciding question. Can my little girl come? As you can see, she's peeved at me for SUGGESTING that I might go without her.
