CT-3 Refresh :)
So, i got a little bit by the scope creep bug and an engine case polishing idea turned into a frame off budget restoration of my 1973 yamaha ct3. Heres the progress so far:
Frame out, cleaned, painted. Fenders off, repainted aluminum colored (never get tired of that paint, always looks awesome. ![]() Motor out, cleaned, cases polished, cylinder painted. Not sure if i want to sand the fin edges or not... ![]() Removable case pieces polished ![]() Just have to finish painting the wheels, and stuff can go back together :) i'll keep it short and sweet with mostly pictures. |

Got done painting the wheels, sanding the motor fins and putting in new fork seals (and 20w oil) and dust boots.

Alrighty. More pictures! I managed to fry my old phone (and all the pictures on it). Got a few parts on this evening before getting too hungry to continue.
