Man thats a deep hole !! Glad to see you got out and sorted.
Do you have a Way point or an instruction on the route sheet nearest the hole. I would like to avoid that one in a few weeks when we come through. Keep up the good work on the ride report and I hope things get better for the rest of your ride. Cheers Phil |

C3, been following your RR since you started. This is a real adventure ride. That mud is way over the top. I did the same thing once. It took a jeep with a tow strap to get my bike out. I can say it was the only bad day I have ever had on a motorcycle. You are definitely keeping it interesting for those of us who can only follow along vicariously. Glad to see you take all this stuff in stride. I can't help but wonder, when i finally get outta my desk chair and do a real adv ride, how will i react when the trip gets challenging? I hope I will take it all in stride, as you do.
Best of luck on the rest of the trip. Ride safe! |

...Also glad you kept heading west. Awesome resolve, you've had your share of bad luck on this ride, either way it'll be memorable for sure. Ride on

Glad you're Ok and you got the bike out and running!
I'm sure thankful it was dry when we hit that part. Someone needs to go ride the rest of this with you so you can have a first hand witness! ![]() Also, you are going to need those cold weather clothes once you get within an hour of the coast. You'll be lucky if it gets close to 60 degrees. We were freezing.
