Not sure if I'll need a place to stay, but I'm hoping to have a St. Louis meet and greet dinner on Wednesday, August 1.

What/where do I need to post to get the attention of the locals?

Spent some time with my mother the last couple of days. Tomorrow with my sister and some other family, and then my other sister.

After that, making my way home with my above-mentioned planned to stop in St. Louis.

Just got off the phone with Jamie Z. He's heading southbound in Illinois and is coming to town!

Plan tonight is to meet for dinner starting at 7 pm at

The Triumph Grill - 3419 Olive Street St. Louis, MO 63103 - (314) 446-1801

http://www.triumphgrill.com

Got a least 3 and possibly a 4th inmate coming, so join us if you can. I'll be riding down there early and will wait at the bar for any who shows up!

Hey Jamie!

Finally caught up to you online. Great to meet you and spend some time together, both Neda and I learned a lot from you about budget travel! On the lookout for cemeteries in every single town we roll through! :) We're far behind on our own blog, but at least we've got it started.

Right now we're sitting in a cafe in Clearwater, BC. Hope to see you on the road again sometime!

Really? 4 pictures?!

You take an epic trip like this, meet amazingly interesting people from ADV along the way, and all you have posted is 4 pics--one of your bike before you left and another of an old guy you scammed a steak dinner from?!

How many days have you been home now? Where's the REAL ride report?

Coming soon!

Full ride report with photos and narrative.

See what happens when you combine a motorcycle, rain, heat, beer, Jägermeister, lots of Canadians, geocaching, an airplane, a canoe, motorcycle museums, waterfalls, classic cars, and friends and family who haven't been seen in years.
