There are several restaurants in and near Pooler, which seems to be the most central location to everyone, ie sav. Sylvainia, bluffton, hinesville, claxton. As for when I'm as flexible as anyone( right now) what's your hours right now Ernie ? Anyone else have any suggestions? Speak up lol

I'm pretty flexable other than jury duty on Wed...who knows what that may lead to.

I am all in for a RTE. Just name it and will try to make it.

Also, check day trips for a RR from me late next week. I am riding into WNC on Monday and Tuesday.

Y'all pick it & I'll try to make it. I don't ride the bike after dark, but I can drive my truck. (It's a long story...)

Long story or not, change your gnarly adventurer to skeered of the dark.

RTE Recommendation

Dickey's Barbecue Pit
1109 US Hwy 80 E
Unit E
Pooler, GA 31302

I recommend we try here since it is both central to many of us, easy to find, and from what I hear, also very good since many here have discriminiating palates.
What say ye bretheren of two wheels? (Truck drivers due to injury and aversion to darkness welcome).
Since I am on midnights this month (ugh) anytime is ok with me since afterwards I'll be starting my day.

Works for me. We can do it on a week night or a wknd, makes no diff. to me. Y'all pick a time, I'll be there. Would be great if we could make this a routine event.

I am in.
Riding, or driving, in the dark is not for the faint of heart when you get older and cataracts take up residence in your eyes. Looks like everyone has four starry headlights and you have none. Solution is to shut one eye and then everyone has just the normal two headlights but it gets twice as dark.

It was a dark and stormy night. With the faint smell of BBQ in his helmet, his mind wandered back in time to another night and a girl...........
