GREAT information Roger.

is there an alternative to the internal U shaped hose that is nearly $40 from the dealer?

ive got the spare pump, and fuel sock, but not the fancy clamps and internal hose bits yet, I have seen the submersible fuel line locally, but think it would kink if I tried to replace the U shaped OEM hose.

Looks like the hose is a nylon corrugated to allow bending. It is rated 30r10. I've seen this type of hose used on oem automotive in tank pumps (GM).
Anyone using this type hose? It looks like the hose could replace the U and the other pieces at the pump and filter.

Cheers
Steve
Been using Euro Moto Electrics' flexible fuel hose for a couple of months and it's held up so far.
I'm not sure I really needed to replace it since the OEM looked perfect, but I was already in there.
