How would one get to Bonita from the hwy ? Is it close to Troy ?

Ok I'm in! Put me on the in list. Carol and I will be coming up Friday afternoon and leaving Sunday morning.

It's going to be cool to bring two bikes. What a trip it will be to have a plated bike to make runs to the general store! This will be a fun weekend!

So we are dry camping? No fires this year? Carol and I will be going "fancy" and staying in the Troy Meadows slot campsites.

As nice as Bonita Meadows sounds, don't forget about all the mosquitoes that hang around there…

Regardless of where you guys go, It will be really nice to see and hang out with all of you!

Just got off the phone with the ranger district. We are allowed campfires in Troy Meadows and Overflow as long as we have a permit and in a fire ring

I am planning to ride up friday after work on the 950.
Probly just cruise out to Monache and stuff on saturday.
Head home fairly early sunday to try and beat the heat.

Bonita Meadow is a great spot, much closer to the better li'l bike trails up there.
But TM is convenient for camping off the bike (some 'facilities' nearby) and more central to the area in general.

I'm fine with either.
