I reckon if they give one to burren rider and get him to start a thread called "dialling in a tr650 terra for the dirt" they'll sell shitloads.

Looks like something farmer Phil would jump on to go round up his cows and check on the crops

You are confusing the price of the Husky with what a KLR costs mate, now that's an ag bike!!

"Adventure bikes" eh...? Motorcycles that are "all things to all people", or should that be; "many things to different people"...?

Sometimes it may seem like they're saying the same thing... but maybe it isn't.

Gonna be pushing buttons all day.

Does all that information distract people from focussing on riding?

The triangle emergency? M? S?

If it is Italian I think I can work it out with help from my daughter. If it is german for something that should not be a problem. If it is swvenska I'll call my old mate Troy. If it is chinese there is an IT mate at work who could help. But they are probably nippondenso.

Does it have a speedo cable?

I think its a pretty awesome bike, particularly given the price.
If I hadn't recently bought a used 1150, I would genuinely be interested in getting one... it addresses most of the criticisms over the KLR I had previously, only downsides for my riding style (less of the hardcore single track stuff that some here seem to be more interested in, more of the spend a month riding around bum-fuck-nowhere) is the shit gearbox, a bit more fuel capacity would be good and it would be nicer if it weighed less (although it does weigh less than most of its "direct" competitors)
