i put a 1 inch lowering link on yesterday, its hard to tell in the pic but i can flat foot both feet with the high seat now. rear tire hit 6,000 miles too and still going!

I just can't help it.......Every time I see this bike it literally brings a smile to my face! Thanks for the update on the tire milage, I'm keeping an eye on that.

im seeing if i can maybe get 7,000 out of the tire. its almost out of knobbies but still has that raised section in the middle to wear lol! yea whenever i see a tw200 it makes me smile too, thats one of the reasons i tried building my big tw. it just looks non threatening and like its ready to go on a fun adventure with those big tires!

here we go again, im trying a new muffler its off a 08 yamaha wr450f, i did the internal mods to it and it sounds quiet but has some thump to it. my last muffler was too quiet for me, all i could hear was the motor and not the exhaust.got to test ride today.

What did you do with the front of the side plastics? It looks like you just cut them off but
it's hard to tell from the pix. I just traded for a 650 dakar and have been playing with it some

Kubiak this bike is just outrageous! I love it. You do the best work with original ideas.

hi, thanks for the kind words! yea i just cut the front of the panels to match the angle of the forks from a side view.

Thanks TUCKERS! i love tw200s thats the main reason i converted my 650. now i got a big fun bike to rip around on!

got bored with my paint so i repainted the plastics. went back to more simple.
