Are those BMW hubs you bolted into wheels you cut the centers out of?
I dig that swingarm and the LL too. I've seen this rig elsewhere on the net. The couple who bought it are on a RTW or something?

Only the rear wheel is a heavily modified BMW hub. I originally sold it to someone that lived in Arizona. He took it up to a sidecar training in Oregon/Washington and resold it to whitham_wannabe here on ADV.

I'm impressed.
I like the stages of your build. Good pix = better understanding Noticed a gas cap size object on the top of one of the sidecars. There isn't a fuel baldder inside the front section of the car?! BOXER METAL |

I like the greeen finish- is it a standard OD green, or does it have a bit of a shine?
Metallic or a sold? I have been contemplating doing something with an OD green with a flat finished clear over it, or not. |

It is a shiny solid color my wife picked out. I want to say it was PPG mango Green.

Excellent - love seeing the pictures of the birth of the beast!
Sadly we're not on a RTW trip, wish we were. We did just got back from a weekend away in the Cascades, mostly on forestry backroads, some of them nice and rough, and she sailed through everything splendidly. Can't tell you how happy I am to have this thing in the garage.

I like that a lot but it needs a few more lights.
I see you are running a car alternator. How many amps is it rated for ? I alway wanted to do the conversion but there has to be a point where it robs too much power from the engine .
