What an adventure.
![]() It definitely didn't go as planned but I still finished and had a little fun. here is the short version. Was super ready to go and had what I thought was butterflies. Turns out it was the start of a touch of montezumas that would later make my ride a sufferfest. Got hit by the RPM TT and it really did my head in. It took hours to get refocused and riding well. Jake one of my chasers asked the BFG crew if they had anything ideas for stomach cramping. They gave him alkaselzer and it saved my race. At the top of the costitution whoops I almost called it do to not being able to eat or drink. 20 Min after drinking it I was giggling I was having soooooo much fun WFO in the whoops. Yes I like sand whoops. The thing that amazed me the most was after riding 800 miles or so I had the leg strength to skip whoops for 50 miles with no stop, its amazing what your body can do if you push it. ![]() There were parts that I loved and others parts that I'd like to forget but I did finaly get my question answered... Yes i did enough to prepare.

What a awesome couple of days. We had an incredible time and everything worked great. We were at every pit on time and didn't get lost once.
I don't think I've ever been up that long in one sitting in my life. I have a gopro and a still camera full of pics and video.. Wifi is slow here so ill have to upload back home. Here are some teaser pics of the start and finish
