Doris: no all i heard was your dam snoring
Harry: i think the trash can may have blown over in that wind i heard
Doris: well you go outside and look while i start breakfast
Harry: OK

i've been riding the last few days from the HU event in NC to Canada to see some friends and then eventually go to the HU event up here

not much wifi access over the last week....

...but i have been bumping into some locals

...seeing some unique rides along the way

...taking a few real backroads, some on purpose and some by mistake

...and seeing parts of America that i haven't seen before

...lets not forget waterfalls

all while living in my tent, sometimes at very cool locations

...'til next time

I'm enthralled! How about a comment on your photo gear? Are your HDR p'ics one shot or multiple? Be sure to stop by when you get to Panama!

I have to say we are some of the Lucky ones that have a had the pleasure of having Paul stay with us. So far the pictures he has taken are amazing. I think the folks attending the Horizon Unlimited meeting Barrie will be please with the little slide show he has done for it.
I wont tell them what you look like riding the KLR over the Tenerewell it is at the shop waiting for a part.

Cheers
Cath & Les

i use two cameras, a point and shoot, Samsung mv800, and a Canon DSLR 550 with a 18-200 lens. HDR is either done with multiple shots from a set point using a tripod, or duplicates of an image and then EV adjustments made prior to send into the HDR program

most of the time i duplicate between 3 and 9 times as i do my post production at the end of the day in my tent

we have to meet in Panama for sure, did you have any thoughts about coming up to Costa Rica when i'm there?

OK... finally caught up!

Sorry I'm so late to this party! It was great meeting you in North Carolina and thanks again for pushing me to attend. Was really a great event. It's not looking like I'll be able to go south this fall due to finances, but there is a powerball drawing this week! When you come through NM, ping me. We need to ride. I'm shopping for a dirt bike right now so I can beef up my off road skills.

I'm following your ride report and look forward to all the adventures! Let me know if you need anything.
Cheers!
CJ
