Why? If a milk crate is good enough for the KLR should be good enough for a DR.

Wanted: Old foot pegs

I thought I had an old pair of KTM pegs around, but they seem to have vanished.

I want to extend the pegs on my 990, but I'm not impressed with any of the weld on or bolt on kits out there. If anyone has some old steel pegs that are ~1 7/8" wide, drop me a line. Will trade for beer. I plan on cutting off ~2" to extend my pegs.

I have CJ's peg extensions on my 990- I really like them.

If you want to check them out I will be in the Denver area at the end of the month.

Thanks Hondo. I've already ruled those out. I want weld on.

If a pair of stock YZ250 pegs would do, come and get 'em.

I'm pretty sure I have a stock set of drz pegs too, but I don't think they are that wide.

If it's not too much trouble, could you do a quick measurement? It doesn't need to be exact, just close enough.

Trailer wanted

I'm looking to purchase a lightweight trailer for (up to 3) dirt bikes. Something that can be moved around and stashed away easily.

I'd like to stay somewhere in the neighborhood of $300-$500. Title, lights, etc.. a plus.

PM me or email asaracho at gmail dot com

Thanks!

They are out in the barn, but I just measured the "E" pegs on the bike and they are only 1.5". The ones in the barn are "S" models and if I remember correctly are narrower hence the reason I switched them. So they would be less than 1.5".

1.875" x 3" if you want them I can ship them to ya. The bracket is bent on one of them but the platform is good.

Cool. I am off Friday (will probably go ride), if we can't connect I can just leave them out for her if that works.

Olas,

I have just what you need and am looking for a small light weight 5x8 flat bed with bigger tires. If I find one the three rail will be for sale. I guess I better start really looking now that I have a buyer.

Nice! Send me the info when you have a chance. Also, just remembered that I never picked up that FZ manual, can I still have it ? I still have those oil filters for you as well...
