Thank you for all the replies. I apologize for not posting any updates.
Unfortunately, I dont have much progress to post. All the engine machine work and new parts have been addressed. I just have to assemble it now. Does anybody have some suggestions for the rear shock. The rear shock is in very poor condition and would cost quite a lot to refurbish. The shock piston is pitted, the rubber line is dry rotted and the spring has rust. Is there any rear shocks from another bike that would possibly fit. Thank you.

Hi Herman,
I may have a good used original rear shock. Let me dig it out and I'll get back to you.

![]() . I did some looking around last night and found a few companies that have replacement parts for these old FOX TWIN CLICKER rear shocks . If anybody else is interested, here are the links that I found- http://ltthor.home.comcast.net/~ltthor/FTC.html http://www.gmdatl.com/services.htm http://www.offroad-engineering.com/s...hox-parts.html

I actually think it may not be a dual clicker shock since I dont see any adjuster on the shaft end.

Here's the shock that came with my KTM 504 chassis. Looks like a WP not Fox. Good condition over all, usual signs of use and the reservoir is faded. Damper rod has no rust pits or other damage that I can see. Measures 18" eye-to-eye.

Charlie,
thanks for the pictures, that does indeed look like the same unit I have. I will measure mine tonight when I get back. How much $ did you have in mind ? PM me if you prefer. For some reason, the reservoir looks twice as large but that could be just the picture. Is this also a air shock like the Fox?
