Have you done any work on the bike, dropped it, or has anything rlse changed? There are multiple potential causes for these kinds of issues.

How old is your battery? Changed tires recently? Done any maintenance recently?

There have been a few reports of 2007-models with ABS pump failures. Have you had the fluids changed regularly? The circuits should be flushed every two years. Neglecting this important service is the main cause of pump failure IMO.
OK with the worst case scenario out of the way - check for debris around the front ABS ring and sensor. Also check all the wires (front and rear) for chafing. Still nothing? Look for excessive metal shavings on the rear sensor; you'll have to pull the rear wheel to do this, be very careful with the soft Torx bolt, and be prepared to replace the o-ring (though they usually can be reused). If you're still out of luck then you'll want to find a GS-911 and read the fault codes from the ABS controller. Good Luck EDIT - I forgot to mention the handguards - since you have an '07 your handguards can twist and interfere with the brake lever - thus JVB's question about dropping the bike - but it doesn't always take a drop for them to twist. I have an 04 1150 and about went nuts trying to figure out why the ABS wasn't working. Servo worked, but not abs. Ran out of ideass and ended up getting a GS911 and it told me to replace rear abs sensor. Sensor looked good, no frays, dings, or busted anythings. Replaced it and everything's been running fine ever since.
