It's another action cam that I had mounted to the front of the gas tank for a different perspective. It's made by Swann and called a Freestyle. It's very similar to the GoPro.

At high speed it was getting covered in mud quickly so I took it off after the first day. It was a good thing too because I low sided on the second stage of the second day and it would have gotten cleaned off the tank the hard way.

It's video is every bit as good as teh GoPro but it comes standard with a detachable LCD and a remote. it also has a laser to help align it. I got it cheap on woot.com

Same thing happened to me w/different results

Holy shit! Amazing video. My most major get-off was t-boning a deer at ~50mph on a Nighthawk 450 in Santa Cruz, CA. I can't even really call it a get-off actually, as I stayed on the bike, wondering why the pavement was suddenly next to my head instead of below me

I was rocking NOTGATT (besides a helmet) and got some gnarly road rash, but the deer... poor bastard left a perfect pile of guts between my stopped bike and the rest of his body.

The bike was totally fine. Still had some fur on the engine when I sold it a year later.

p.s. - unlike the OP i did NOT immediately jump back on and gun it

Frakin' forest rats.

Glad you are OK.

This video needs to be posted as the antithesis to the "HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLPPPP!" guy's video.

Nice dude. I'm a former (maybe future, not doing it right now) rally competitor, but in a cage (ran most recently as a codriver in a vw gti). Haven't had a chance to try rallymoto yet as we don't have them near us in the central region. Looks awesome.

Way to get back up Dude!

My old man told me that if you fall off a horse the best thing to do is to get back up in the saddle as soon as you can.... Awesome, sheer class

Excellent riding! Your video is definitely viral. Saw it on facebook first, and came here to see if it was anybody from the forum. And yes, this is definitely the antithesis to the poor bastard on the WR. The difference between ATGATT an t-shirt and shorts is quite clear lol.

This is definitely going viral.

I just got a letter in the mail from Australia from friend of mine that knows an Aborigine that heard about your story from a guy doing a walk about that saw it on a black and white TV in a small public house. He said your helmeted face is plastered in huts in the bush, known as the "Bad Ass Man" that kills game with the fire breathing (their description of KTM orange) screaming horse.

I also heard there are Japanese WWII soldiers living in caves since the war, that don't know the war is over, that consider you their mentor. I'm just saying...

Yeah, that guy is commiting what is called copyright infringement 'cause he made his own copy and didn't reference or link the original.
