This is still being discussed.

There is no dip or irregularity. I rode it on Sunday. It is perfectly smooth. It is simply poor throttle and brake control. That's all.

It is the last turn. A big sweeper. And the peeps are just going too fast or giving it too much gas. The pavement is perfect.

Thank you for that, I have been truly wondering for years. I cannot believe it is just a case of bad riding, that is somehow disappointing.

So much for the "Bermuda Road Triangle" theory

Actually I think road issues would debunk the "Bermuda Road Triangle theory." The fact that it's still unexplainable keeps it alive. lol

Sounds exactly like the Bermuda Road Triangle to me. How many thousands of riders [and drivers] go by for every idjit that makes it on video?

From what I can tell there are zero gremlin bells on these bikes. Proof that they work!

Those stupid bells are not used only by pirates. I've found a couple on BMW K bikes I've bought and I know a K1100LT rider who has one.

They seem to be afraid of getting dirt on their tires.

Or they are so afraid of crashing when they roll onto the dirt that apparently they think it's less risky to leave the damn bike in the middle of the lane.

Some of these guys will come flying in off the pavement at high speed heavy on the front brake and then crash as soon as they hit the dirt and wash out the front wheel. Then they wonder WTF HAPPENED TEH DURT MADE ME CRASH.

There is a paved parking area just 30yards uphill. They are just being lazy.
