Thumper unequal exhaust primaries length

Asked in Honda thread but no input, trying again as its a general 4 stroke thumper question

I notice on my new FMF Powerbomb header the tube lengths are significantly different on the primaries (before they join).

Even looking at the stock header, the tubes are routed in such a way that tries to give them equal lengths

I know exhaust pulsing is an issue on auto engines, but not sure if such exists with a thumper - though if Honda tried to make them equal, there's gotta be a reason?

Have not started the bike with the powerbomb yet, I'm replacing another (unknown brand) *aftermarket* header (xr 440), trying to see if I should just return it and stick with what I have (seems to have more equal length but is sort of old and needs replacement)

Thanks for any input!
