I dumped into these Kiwis last year - great guys. This was the last time I saw them on the trail (Arches NP, UT)



BTW that seat on the DR looks fantastic - details please

Made it to LA. After a LONG afternoon and nights flying. 16 hours on the go.


Now slumming it at the Hilton

No camping gear for us. It just adds 2 much weight to the bike when your 2 up

The seat is a Phil Special. I lengthened the seat base 3inches and after a foam and cover done in NZ that I didn't like I sent it to the US to Russel Daylong seats.

Hi LittleWan Were here Made it to Knoxville at 10 pm. Another long day. Flight from Chcago to Knoxville was late so by the time we got here the local restraints were closed. Oatmeal and Cornflakes for dinner.
Tomorrow we get to unpack the bike

Hey Guys...give Sam a bell ..he lives in Corinth, MS....The trail goes right by his house.I think he has a sign in his yard noted "TransAm Trail" ..If you are nice he might put you up for the night

Tell him you are friends with Wade..I helped Sam map some of the trail. and most of the Shadow of the Rockies Trail....might not hurt...but, could

You will have a blast!
