KYB & Showa pneumatic forks...

They are standard on some new dirt models so a mod can move it if its in the wrong place :-)

Realy simple design that was used in the 70's and as preload on most mountain bikes, heaps lighter and apparently been tested to the billeo.

Apparently as it is compressing air, apparently the stiction is 20% reduced too.....
