Bummer, i would've helped ya.

We need to PM some contact names & #'s around...for if a rescue is needed...just an idea.

That way, when i ride my ill prepared bike & go out there with bald tires with no spare tubes etc...i've got someone to call & rescue my ass!

It's been a week - You hobble out to the bike yet to assess the damages? Or are you pissed at the fugker for hurtin yous?

Wonderinging if you could drive over that rear rack with your "Apple Jam-Mobile" to Persuade it back into "Flattiness".

I stopped out there today to retrieve the keg and woke him up from his recovery sleep.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Hope the recovery is progressing rapidly.
I did a nice long ride around the mountain to HR and then down to Carson and up to windy ridge yesterday.
It was a lot of one lane blacktop and gravel and I was thinking about your situation on most every tight blind corner I entered.

The gaping hole is one week post stapling and is healing well, the kidney is no longer painful and Jeff is getting around pretty well, mostly without crutches now.

He's still sleeping like an old bear in hibernation though. Hardly get two words out of him per day.

What a great group of folks! You don't need to thank us for a great gathering. You all went out of your way to keep the party going in Jeff's absence. He was pleased to come home to a bunch of happy, laughing hooligans on Saturday evening. From my perspective, you all turned a bad situation into a time of laughter and good times. If we had been alone, we would have likely been a bit down in the dumps. As it turned out, we got to join in the fun and feel waaaay better about the situation.

AND, there will be a 3rd annual HRVR!
