I'll ride it while I build a frankenbike from a SV650 then flip it to Buzz.

Didn't you just ditch a KLR? How many you gotta buy before you realize they're dogs?

Offense intended to all who ride KLRs, of course

I'm trying to buy me one of these but it's kind of a POS and the guy thinks it's hand carved from a single block of unobtanium or somethin'. I'm working on him, though. Using my superior psychological abilities!

First bike to break the 11-second barrier in the 1/4 mile, as I recall...fastest of the 80's-era factory turbo bikes, by far

I should have clarified. I meant to offend all KLR riders who can't ride a mile-long wheelie. Those of you who can are excused though really you should examine your choice of bikes.

I don't know anybody who can do that, and if I did I surely wouldn't hang around them, Mr. Swampy...

KLR's cant even do wheelies, can they?

If I understand you did NOT buy a bike because the title was not correct?

There are many on here who like me have have bikes stolen from them. There is very little we can do! But what we can all do is not bike a bike unless we are SURE SURE it is NOT stolen (may bike theves die slowly in a fire).

Its a start. Alway be able to trace the bike back to original....especially no tagged dirt bikes...

I applaude you good sense and will power...

BTW - I clarify, certify and if necessary rectify, the statement that Inept cannot and willnot do a whellie....

Thank you for your vote of confidence, Maestro.

The question is, can I get you to testify under oath?

Oh and one more thing; +1 on yer comment about bike thieves dying in a fire. I used to have one of these until a thief decided I didn't need it anymore

There is an old line in the "Consulting business" that goes, "you lie and I will swear to it"...

That was Jesus' way of telling you not to by another KLR. Listen. And yes, you should have bought the 300 EXC.
