New York to Alaska to Ushuaia - Honda XR650R

I am already in the road since 3 months and currently in Oaxaca in Mexico. I have already been riding over 20'000 km and everything is going pretty well until now ... except my Spanish

Anyway for those who like reading ride reports here is mine:

http://public.iwork.com/document/?a=...paration.pages

http://public.iwork.com/document/?a=..._and_USA.pages

The next one about Mexico should come in a week or 2

If you have any question regarding the trip, the preparation or ... whatever, just ask :-)

Ride safe

Mexico and Guatemala

I'm still on the road and alive :-) . I had my first flat in Baja California, my subframe broke in Guatemala, I have been running onto other bikers on there way down to Argentina, I had some very nice hikes, some nice dives ... I am just loving it :-)

The roads are very nice to ride in Central America, it's a real blast.

Here are the ride reports:

- Mexico:

Well I am now in Nicaragua and will slow down a little bit to enjoy more of the country and also spend some time in Costa Rica. Next schedule is with Fritz the Cat (a boat) to cross from Panama to Columbia, it should be the 24th of November

Ride safe

Kerman,
Awesome adventure!! I am wishing you luck with the Honda's rear subframe! I have worried about that myself.

Beautiful Photographs!! Looking forward to more!

Boat from Panama to Columbia

Here is two contacts of boats that have good reputations:

http://www.stahlratte.org/

http://www.fritz-the-cat.com/

You need to reserve a place a couple of months before as they tend to fill up pretty quickly.

Take care

Hey,

I rode over 40'000 km on that trip now. I am very much enjoying any moments of it :-)

Here is the link to my latest update, Columbia and Ecuador

http://public.iwork.com/document/?a=..._Ecuador.pages

I am a bit late in writing my blog as I am now in Mendoza - Argentina.

It should tale me one month from here to go down to Ushuaia :-)

Any way I'll try to post my other update soon

Enjoy

Kerman

Nice country....

When I was in high school we studied S. America in great detail and I really enjoyed that class since I thought that was such a nice country in some parts at least. Thanks for taking the time to post here about it.

Stay safe......
