Maybe there are some places down the hill from the Black Bear in Hampton to park. There are a number of public NF places within a mile of Dennis Cove Rd, like a boat ramp, AT trail head, etc. "Probably" ok for parking a few cars? The boat ramp parking lot is large & paved.
