Need Help Installing HB panniers

My Hepco Becker Panniers came yesterday but the directions are in German and lack detail
Anyone have a link to directions in English, pictures or an install video?

Seems like common sense stuff but I want to install it right the first time

They can only go on one way. Just start bolting.

There is an aluminum sub frame under that Fender.

I would say that it's a good idea just to get to know the bike to take the fenders off and have a look around. You're only talking about a few bolts. That way you can see how the exhaust bolts up, how the wiring was handled, the subframe, etc. Doing stuff like that makes you feel a lot better. Pretty soon you'll be doing things like this:

OK, let's hope not.

Success

CIEDEMA was right, there is only one way that everything bolts up. I did manage to discover several ways how not to install panniers today, but I am officially READY to ROLL
