There are benefits to not loading the topo maps in your GPS.
All I had were your tracks with no other roads showing so it made for an interesting ride. I got messed up in the area on the way to hat tree where you detour into the little bypass. I saw some flags or ribbons on the tree and said "that was nice of Vic to mark the entrance" when in fact you didn't. After riding into the woods and back out a few times I realized there was no trail that we could see for very far. We ended up just bypassing that section and noticed 3 or 4 more turns going that way with ribbons all over them.  So having the topo maps would have really helped there. Of course without them it was easy to take a wrong turn here and there. We saw some large building too at C6. In fact, that is how we got lost after turning around there. We saw 3 hunters and a few other people rescuing a trailer or at least near a broken down trailer.DB p.s. I got the topo maps loaded now! |

Just added another loop to the Trot Tracks... its called the EASY LOOP and its 26 miles long and covers two easy creek crossings, lots of clay roads, the Hat Tree, Indigo Pond and back to Spec... this track missed most of the deep sand twisties.
Hit me up if you want the tracks. Dave sent these to Karen already.

Still in San Francisco and no KTM
Our flight home is Thursday but the Frankenstorm and the Giants may delay our return. Couple that with KTM World doing a world class job of not having my bike ready and it makes my TT experience a beast ride at best.
So if I show up it may be with my camper and Strommy or it may be just a quick visit...... Y'all have FUN!

Friday Night Food !
Dr Philgood will be preparing two trashcan chickens Friday night at our Camper along with other assorted goodies like chilli, meatballs, brisket and wings....
So dont plan on cooking a big meal Friday night and join us... Kraken will be on tap as always...schnapps is also available.... See you all on Friday or Saturday That is all
