I think I've got da list up to date, LMK if I'm missing someone. I'll go back and add on optional rods / adapters for those who requested them when I've got time.

+1 to give Piney a freebie for his work!

MadMax is #20, but I think we ought to keep this open a little longer I'm camping in NC right now, but every unit we order past 20 will cut the shipping to the US a bit more. And if someone might have to cancel, then we'd be at 19. I'll be home by Halloween, and can place the order then. And if anyone wants to take this over from here, it wouldn't hurt my feelings LOL. But I'm happy to do it if you don't mind waiting another 10 days or so. You will still get them by the end of the NOV.

So, if everybody will just send me an email confirming they are in (as well as your shipping address - I will use this despite what is in your PP account) , as well as whether or not they want any other adapters, I can start finalizing the list. I don't want $$$ yet, and up until you pay me you're OK to bail. Once you confirm via email, I'll put "confirmed" next to your name and place the order. I'll also list if you are ordering any other adapters (which I don't know the cost of yet - but should by the time I place the order).

ps - maybe someone can post up again about the adapters (or spare rods) with an approx cost and which sizes generally fit which bikes / hubs.

I am mathematically challenged, as well as dyslexic, so please LMK if I bomb here:

1 unit = 97 E

1 unit = 74.25 E (if we buy > 20)

74.25 E = 97 USD (per Google)

I figured 300 USD for shipping (to me in FL), I think that's what the CH group paid and they shipped 30+

So:

20 units X $97 = $1940
1940 + 300 (ship) = $2240/20 = $112 (plus my shipping to you ~ 10-12 bones)

30 units X $97 = $2910
2910 + 300 (ship) = $3210/30 = $107 (plus shipping to you)

* the shipping is an estimate.
** as far as giving PMR a tip I'll leave that up to the group. Nice gesture, but it's up to you FF's. If we end up with 30 buyers, the cost of a unit to my shop in FL is $107 / 30 peeps = $3.50 each (counting me). I'd be tempted to order an extra unit and sell it / auction it off right here? Someone will come along and want one after the group buy is over.

The sky is blue and the mountains are calling, I'm out of here!

PMR out!

This is info I gleaned from the Cafe Husky group buy:

15mm adapter is $16
17mm adapter is $18
shorter pusher is $28 (for use on small wheels)

Hmmm, Do I need an adaptor for my KTM 990 and KTM 450?
That is what an adapter is for, right? Different axil sizes.

Also I am sending in +$3.00 on my buy for PineyMountainRacing, Craig, as a courtesy tip for taking charge of the group buy. Let's all do that to show our appreciation.

Email sent to Craig / PMR cmdoc84@yahoo.com to confirm I'm in.

Handiest of course to get the adapters with the kit, but looking at the photos it appears that they can be easily made. Plus I can imagine that there may be some call for custom adapters.
Putting the cart before the horse at this point, but if the product turns out to be worthy of the effort, I might setup to make custom adapters.
Standing by like everyone to actually have the tool in hand and use it. The concept isn't that radical, a rack can generate tremendous force and that is just what a tire machine is doing, pushing the bead out past the rim edge rather than levering it over as a tire iron does.
