When I saw the title of the thread 'SUPERMega Crazy", I figured, it would be a great place to see some KTM porn. Maybe something like this, but in bike form...

Well, I've learned something from this thread...Like CS said, if you own a KTM, you better have other bikes to ride...for when you have to work on the KTM. I guess I'll keep my XRR. I got a feeling, if a ever buy a KTM...I'm going to need that extra bike.

I'll stop back in about 4 to 6 months from now. Maybe, by then, the SUPER part of this Mega Crazy thread will be happening.

I guess for now, getting it to run right. Is a SUPER idea...

Thanks for the pic Beany! Interesting.... I was thinking of adding a seat support to my brackets, looks like they covered that already.

Next time your in the Phoenix area, look me up. I'm not hard to find, I don't believe in the cute little names that most inmates use.

Oh, by the way...I never insulted you (I would rather do that fun stuff, in person). I just questioned the quality of a ten thousand dollar dirt bike, that doesn't run right. I was very surprised...

when i converted my '63 Galaxie to EFI people laughed, scoffed, said it wouldn't work, said stuff like "why not just run a bigger 'carb son?" you know, kinda like your thread here.

then when i got more power, 20MPG and a smooth, quiet trouble-free ride, they all disappeared.

Just got the word that the 690 made it to bean town... let the wiring begin!

Since the 690 is under the knife, I decided to send the 690 Seat to Renazco racing for a much needed re-do. Taller, a bit wider and a small change in the way the front attaches. After riding the 950 SE last year at the MX1K with a Renazco seat, I promised myself I would get one for the 690. The last thing you want to worry about down there is a sore ass Long days in the saddle down there!
