Sorry about your trip.. must really suck :( . Saw the topic on the romanian moto forum and did some research.
The guy has a post from 13 september on his site http://konvoi.ro/blog/blog/2012/09/1...uam-comenzile/ Translated it would be something like that: "After the summer when the activity was slowed down because of the vacations/holidays, including suppliers of raw materials and accessories, we are getting back to work, we hope at a regular pace, and we resume the communications with the clients and business partners. We apologize for the delayed shippings and mistakes from the last months. With a new team and solved problems in the manufacturing department, we will fix the delays and problems caused. Thank you for understanding Team Konvoi" I hope he will fix his mistakes, including this.. i will keep an eye on this topic and i could assist with further legal info (i have some connections on local police) on the matter if the problem doesn't get resolved. |

Funny, He finally emailed me back (I think it was right after one of the awesome ADVRIDER Romanian members posted this on a Romanian site) saying that I was mistaken and that he never shipped my luggage but he would be working on them. I told him I wanted a refund and I emailed him back the photo he sent me in the beginning of August of packed boxes with my name on them.
He emailed me back saying he will give me my money back. We will see what happens. Thanks for all the help guys, this is the best site ever! If any of you find yourselves in West Virginia, the first beer is on me! |

You would be far ahead getting your money back at this point I'd think.
Especially since some better guys have shown up in this thread who also build what you are looking for. It appears the ADV army has came thru again. |

I know it is non of our business how he conducts his business but I really cannot understand his approach. Anyway I hope that all of you guys will get your money back and then you will not give up from buying from small businesses. Not all of them are so uhmmm unreliable. Alex |

You hit that right on the mark. Without good customer service you can have the best product in the world, but no one will waste their time buying it. I hope it works out for those he tried to steal from, keep in mind, Karma's a bitch. ![]() What an awesome display of teamwork from this forum. ![]()

Might be a good idea to keep this thread on top of things. If every day someone bumps it up, it will keep in plain sight of every ADV Rider and it will (hopefully) keep the pressure up.

Those are some seriously nice boxes you make! If I get into a long ride those will be on my short list.
