How are you opening the throttle? I had this if I whacked it open, accompanied with a lean stumble at cruise and small throttle openings. I'd try winding the IMS out a turn first, and if that didn't work, I'd go back to 3mm floats. (At least, that's what worked for me - but I'm not running a CPR filter yet)
I tried raising needles first, which did improve it, but made bottom end richer. I didn't have flex jets installed then, so maybe I could've dialed it out with less IMS. Who knows...
