Bill,
You said you were using a program to create .gpx routes for use in osmand..
???
I've made a couple of routes with the UK app that TomC found but upon execution on the Asus OR my Delorem, all I get is a line from the start to the finish all ATCF and crap.

edit
I found Tyre.... seems to work pretty good.

I was using ITN Converter, and then I horsed around with http://kml2gpx.com/ (google maps to .gpx). Then I cut all that crap out and just started plotting my routes with OSRM, which will do what google does (drag & drop routes) and download that to a .gpx file. Thus eliminating a step.

http://map.project-osrm.org/

The only problem I've found with OSRM is that you really have to pay attention to the entire route that you're plotting - their routing algorithm isn't the same as google's, so it might take you to some interesting places.

Gotya.
I'm not sure what's happening Sunday. I normally like to expedite my return trips. (I'm a freak in this way. I like super slab) I also have family in the middle of PA. I may stop to say hey to some folks. I suspect Scott will want to do an indirect route home.

Sounds like you need to grab the slab, and maybe grab the NA TOR Jax.

That's what happens when you fall asleep on the couch at 7;30.

Nice t-shirt Mickey, I think I need one too.

Hey Jax (or anyone else out there who owns a Triple, Tiger etc..) have you had a problem with your bike stalling in idle ?
Yesterday I was riding back from Upper Strasburg PA and stopped in Taneytown for a break. I went to start the bike, and it turned over, but that was all. As soon as I gave it some gas it started right up, but when I released the throttle it died. The rest of the ride home was very interesting, trying to keep the rpm above 1200 while coming up to stop lights (never stalled luckily).
I have been reading online that it may be an engine management software problem, or a problem with the stepper motor/shaft. Which is easily remedied by cleaning and greasing it (as well as cleaning the air filter).
If you have had to deal with this issue, please let me know, any advice would be very helpful (as I REALLY do not want Pete's to put their vacuum cleaner in my wallet again!).

Thanks
YRU

Hi Mickey
I will have to use you to hang my next mural, because it looks like you did a fantastic job at School 33.
