we were in alice a week or 2 back and had been in the desert for a few days with not much human contact and bill said to me
"There's a hindu belief that it is wrong to look lustfully at the shape of a woman and those that do will come back as a jackall."
It was a warm day and a girl walked past wearing not much and we both looked.
he looked at me and said "we better start practicing aye, yip yip yap yap yap!"

Sorry to hear that we have lost another legend. My condolences to all his family and friends.

Unfortunately depression seems to affect just about anybody. Next Thursday is R U OK day. Maybe take the time to ask your mates R U OK, you just might spare another family dealing with such a tragedy. More info is available here:

Like so many here, we have not me him, but watched and laughed, both on these very pages and in the legendary footage that philth and the lads put together, are saddened and shocked!
It is always the 'larrikins' that seem to be taken early,
Having lost 2 mates this past week, both to different but tragic circumstance's, my thoughts are with family and friends..

Ride on Bill the Outback Roads & Tracks will be a little lonelier with out you............................................... ........
