Aaah fuggit, that's hard news, Phil. Never met Tuggers, but like many on here we rode with him across the country, through flooded streams and down rocky tracks, all the while amazed by his happy-go-lucky attitude. Depression is a bitch. Let's raise a glass tonight, not just to Bill, but to those left behind. RIP.

I have had the honour of talking to Bill on a couple of occasions, mostly to pick his brain for riding tips, and I will now treasure the gold nuggets of advice he patiently explained.

I was floored to hear of his passing yesterday, such a sad time for all those who's lives he touched, both in small ways and big. Deepest condolences to Netty, Phil and all else who loved, and were loved by him.

RIP Tugger.

Beware the black dog, fellas, sometimes it's hard to see it coming.

+1 to all comments. I am lost for words - stunned. Only knew him through here and the motorbikin dvds and the great rides on them. We have lost a good mate. Condolances to family & friends.

I also never got to meet Bill, but through Phils DVD`s you do get to feel a connection with the person.
My thoughts are with his Family and Friends.

OMG... Really sad news... what a legend of a man. Thoughts and condalances to Phil, Netty, his family & his many adventure riding mates... We are all indeed saddened by his sudden departure however we will remember and celebrate his adventurous life, where he touched, moved and inspired so many of us that he has left behind. RIP Tugger...
