I was up there in October for Buelltoberfest. We ended up camping at Skeenah Creek this year and the folks there were great! We all rode past TWO and it always brings up great memories which were later talked about around a nice fire and a few barley adjucts.
My first time there I got in at 10:00 at night and had to put my tent up using my headlight. A guy walks over from the campfire and starts telling me that if I have gotten there earlier I wouldn't have to use my headlight! I explained I couldn't get out of St. Louis till noon so I didn't have a choice. He then exclaimed, you rode all the way here from St. Louis!! Damn man, you need a beer!! And he was right! Then he helped me put my tent up! Then the next morning I went into the lodge and met Frank. You want breakfast? I start looking for a menu. That was a YES or NO question!! We're having pancakes! Looking forward to the reopening!

I rode by it yesterday. It looks great. Its all painted and the floors went in yesterday according to Bill. Next time I'm up and Bill is around I will see about snapping some pics. I'm sure he will be open by next spring.
As for the name, my suggestion to Bill was "TWAT". Two Wheels All the Time. I can hear the stories now... "I remember every time I've been to TWAT." "That was a great ride to TWAT." "Man, there were so many guys at TWAT this weekend." I mean, the marketing value of it is priceless. But I think Bill's gonna take a pass on it anyway, lol. Now that I think of it, the Twisty Sisters rally could REALLY get interesting at TWAT.

Don't matter to me what the place is called...I can't wait to return there...since TWO closed we have had our annual vintage Yamaha rally moved to the Iron Horse up in NC. Its a nice place but I don't like their cancellation policy and the pressure to make reservations a year in advance doesn't exactly set well with me. I enjoyed the very laid back atmosphere of TWO and hope the next iteration emulates that...;)
