John Gil is almost home. He's been riding for 12 hours.

Hard to believe he made it all the way from his house in the valley to Ridgecrest and back, just to help us proof half of the first day's roll chart.

Thanks so much, John! We appreciate volunteers like you. We couldn't put on LA-B-to-V without you!

Looking forward to some good riding, riding sweep both days and then riding home Sunday and Monday, still finalizing the way home, thinking playing around in Nevada Sunday to Nipton, then Mojave Preserve Monday? Finishing up the bike this week, new LED lights this year because we always get in after dark but we make sure everyone is out of the desert.

First time LAB2V but lots of desert experience. B level D37 enduro rider. Riding to Palmdale from Costa Mesa, both event days then home from Vegas Sunday.

I also have a post on the district board (GarryC)

Still looking to join a small group or other solo riders for the easy route. BTW - I'm not a butterfly catcher, excessive photo taker or sweater knitter (I hardly talk at all).

RawJaw, there is just me/Husky 610 and my neighbor XR650. We are both 1st timers for LAB2V. But neither of us have done any racing. I did about 160+ miles this weekend out to the Husky Monument this past Saturday. My neighbor has done some trips out to Utah, but we have never ridden together. We both have our roll charts and GPS. There is safety in numbers, so if you don't find a group, your more than welcome to join us. And if we get one more rider, we'll be Wild Hogs of the desert. We are doing both days. My sammich maker is driving my truck out Saturday and I'm driving back at zero dark 30 in the morning to beat the traffic.

pss also looking for others who may want to get a group of 4 or 5 total.

We have 3 in our group 950 SE, BMW rs1200, ktm 525 all first timers. between the guys on here and District 37 (950SE) we could have a group of 7 first timers. sounds like fun.

I'm riding up from So Cal, (San Pedro area) doing LA-B-LV then riding home Sunday to Murrieta.

Mileage Between Fuel Stops

Can the distances between fuel stops be released? Hoping that I "need" to buy the bigger tank for this. What is the longest distance between fuel?
