Can someone come up with a better barrier than tuffblocks? They suck! Once one guy hits one and drags it into the track, it takes out 1 or 2 more guys. How many times does that happen per race?

All that is assuming the fast five are all healthy.

.

I was right there with you, I wouldn't have bet a dime on him being top 5..

I think those things are there more for a place to put sponsor logos than they are to protect riders when they go off the track. But I agree, they are nothing but a nuisance, especially when they get dragged out onto the track, or a rider clips one and goes down (like RV did).

"Can someone come up with a better barrier than tuffblocks?"

Wonder why they don't bevel the ends? Seems like the blocks wouldn't hang up riders that way, kinda bounce them back to the track. Dunno?

The pros use super sharp footpegs, I think the blocks need to be hard and slick and all connected together.

Not really. Every race someone clips a tuffblock and it bounces onto the track, the next guy or so lands on it, hits it and is screwed through no fault of his own.
I think that's what happened to Tickle Saturday?

DM has always been fast and now that he's not on that new Yamaha were seeing his speed and confidence again. I can see DM in the hunt this year because he sounds like a new DM. Hopefully he will not pull a JG.

I'm not a huge RV fan but I feel he'll have something to prove next race.
