I appreciate Speed running the results of the 450s across the bottom of the screen during the 250 race!!!

Nothing like knowing the results of a race you are about to watch.

I think starts are even more important this year as the competition gets better and better.
Even RV was having trouble coming through the field.
This is even more amplified by a rider like Dungey.

As for my Reed comment,if you asked him he'd be the first to admit he was "handed" that spot by DM.
First thing Erin asked him was "I know your not happy......"

Looks like it could get ugly between Grant and Stewart, which will get dirty and punt someone into the stands?

Just watching the 450 main again... noticed that Barcia cased it on the very first lap too, just after the start... lost a couple places in the process. He did it AGAIN on lap 3 and had to drop out. Wonder what was up with all that? Three different times! Was he missing shifts or something? Those are always ugly... I'm constantly worried somebody is going to land on top of them when they do that.

He had a bad crash at his practice track between A1 and Phoenix as well and jacked up his shoulder. It is such a mental game at their level, this stuff will begin to eat at him if he doesn't shake it off well. At their level, I can't imagine the level of commitment and mental clarity thatit takes to launch off of a series of rhythm jumps. The damn rhythm sections have bigger jumps than what were once "signature" jumps.

Of course its not funny when a rider gets hurt.. thats not what I was pertaining to.. sorry if it came off wrong.

Speaking of Dungey again.. he did say that off the gate something went wrong mechanically during his heat race.. maybe there were still issues with the bike from that incident.

I'm so bummed Speed doesn't telecast every race, its just no fun watching only an hour on CBS.. booooo

this one is really cool, gives a good perspective of just what those guys are staring down. my good look at those angles I for the life of me can't figure out how todays riders think of stuff like this as normal or at least doable.

even during the Mains I saw empty seats, I'd be curious to know attendance.

don't take it personal, there a few here that get pretty emotional about this stuff

When I watched the race from Saturday I was marveling at the thought that on any given weekend right now there at least 7 or 8 guys that are a safe bet to win, plus a few wild cards like Brayton.
This seems like the thickest field of fast guys for as long as I've been a fan.
