haven't tried them but they might be able to help, they list front sprockets from 14-17.

Thanks..I will give them a shot
Took the bike out on a day ride last weekend....about 50% dirt and was very pleased with the outcome. With the soft front end the bike gobbled up the rocky trails and stutter bumps (at moderate speeds) with no problem. I just had to be carfull not to attack stuff to aggresivly as it would bottom if you went to far. I should have my air assist done by next week and I think that will finish the job on the front end. I made and installed some shorter dogbones to get the proper ride height and I am now waiting to hear back from the wiilbers people about the longer stroke shock. I also installed some protapers and bark busters which really made a big difference in the stand up ergos. Basicly...I am more than happy with this setup and will not be missing my GS one bit. Quote:

jimjib, Length of the dog bones vs difference in height? Update; I bought another set of 48MM WP and finished work on the triples. 20MM KTM triples with a machined Vstrom stem. Everything fits up nicely except not much turning radius. Enough to ride but eventually I may check into 22 or 24MM sets made for the 950 KTMs for more clearance. Randy |

I shortened the dogbones an inch...and it worked out perfect. Of course I will go back to the stockers when I get the longer stroke shock.

A shot of the new dogbones and air assist. . I am just guessing at pressures but I put in about 6 lbs and it raised the static sag about 1/2 to 2/4 of an inch. It still handles the speed bump in the parking lot very nicely but I will do some real dirt tomorrow and see how it goes.

I used plastic tubing because because I was a affraid that if I made a fitting the length it needed to be..in one piece, it would be very easy to snap off. I also have the 14 tooth sproket installed

motogear and Jimjib suzuki should give you 2 a biike for your efforts to pick up where they left off.
Moto, you said the USD forks do not allow much clearence, is it due to the fairing or fork stops? or something else? good on both of ya.
