Need riding buddy for two week adv tour - NZ South Island, January

I'm looking for a riding buddy. Provisional dates around Jan 7 - 21. Starting out near Te Anau, New Zealand, finishing by taking part in the DB1K (www.db1k.com).

I'm planning to ride a midsize dual sport (DRZ400, TE610, that sort of thing), spending time on dirt trails, carrying minimalist camping gear. I'm more focused on scenic routes than technical challenges. To get a flavor of what I am looking for, see www.advtrail.com, trip report from my previous trip on the TAT in the US. Its all still very much in the planning stages, so I'm flexible.

I'm going on vacation to the North Island for two weeks in mid December.
Then was going to stay after my friends left and tour the South Island solo. I don't have a bike though. So if you have a spare bike, I'll ride with you
