I hope whomever gets this has half the fun I had, I spent two hours riding through these buildings, up ramps onto other floors, I had a blast. Lots of homeless living in here FYI. I probably took close to 100 pictures today.

If you don't know, search for the largest abandoned building in the world.

Sweet! My bike is in pieces now. I have been wanting to ride through those for years. We should get a group together and do a "Hood ride"

I'm up for a hood ride. I've been wanting to explore down here but I'm a dumb hillbilly with no idea of where I'm going down there. A group ride would be cool.

I'm up for a group ride too. I spend a lot of time in Detroit but mostly in Midtown - there's a lot of this city I haven't seen yet.

Im 45 minutes outside of detroit but I wouldnt mind seeing some newer areas down in the hood with a group that knows the area better than I. What kind of bikes are you guys talking about taking down there?

I've also been meaning to go explore and take some pictures of the Packard plant.
The last time I was there was in the 90's when some people were using parts of it for storage units.I followed a guy up many winding floors in my pickup truck to his storage unit to buy a Ford 428 engine core.Talk about spooky.I wasn't sure if it was going to turn out well, but it ended up being legit.
Anyway, if someone sets up a meeting place and leads the group to the Packard and whatever other places I will definatly try to make it as long as I am not in the middle of something.
