Aftermarket Spark Advancers

Hi all,

I'm in search of a new spark advancer for my 73 Honda SL125 as the one I have seems a bit sloppy. It works but the springs are loose when the advancer should be closed.

I've found an aftermarket one for sale made by a brand called Toko.

Do people this that this would be OK to use?

Hope someone can offer an opinion.

Thanks,

John

Give these guys a call. They are a good option for anything electrical and old-bike-ish.

Thanks for the replies.

I've just found an OEM Honda one that's a bit more money of course but I suppose will be better.

I take it the advancer should snap back quickly to fully closed when opened and released?

Thanks again,

John

Yeah pretty much, the springs should pull it back firmly.
