Cranking Amps? FOR A gs battery ???
Checked out my batery today at my friends Gas Station..Hooked up a battery stress tester...Anyone know how many Cranking Amps a good Battery will test out at ????

Every battery is different - what type of battery eg gel, ATM, lead/acid liquid etc etc. the older Gs used around 100 cca batteries (give or take). The current crop like around 300cca batteries. Note they don't need it but like it - gives a bit of leeway for cold days etc.
The old sayings - 'bigger is better or greed is good' come to mind.

They put the meter on it and press the button to create a stress on it to see if it is good ...I think it was 60 CCA but I need to check...Just wondering if that could affect ABS which I have had some failure issues with...

OEM R1200GS AGM battery is rated at 200CCA. I have a shot next to my lithium.
