Dirt bike or adventure riding class in SoCal?

Howdy,

I recently returned to SoCal after spending a handful of years in rainy Seattle. Now everyday is sunny but the winds are blowing at 30 knots!!

I'm looking into doing some adventure riding/desert trail riding with my bike (2004 KTM 625 SXC) but would like some training to be better and safer about it.

Can anyone here recommend a good dirt bike class or adventure riding class in SoCal? I'd be willing to travel to NorCal, NV, or AZ for the right class.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

He's the man that knows how to get you comfortable on the local terrain.

He's based out of Pahrump NV.

He supports ADV events too !

I believe Jimmy closes down for the summer, though. Too hot in Pahrump.

I have heard good things about Motoventures:

They're in Anza, CA.

You can jump-start your training with one of these DVDs. When I was starting out they helped quite a bit.
