You guys are going to love Wolfman! He's my Trail Boss mentor , and can tell a real good story!
I better bring some extra scotch

In the US, all of the EXC bikes came with clean paperwork for plating. Is that not the case in Canada?

My 400EXC has a clean NY title. I'm still going to do the ride on the 650 though. Much more comfortable with luggage.

And I suppose I should find a team...

It has been brought to my attention that the product comonly heard of in this forum as Screech is actually Rum produced in a Eastern Canadian region. I must say this is unacceptable.

You Canadians have done alright by us to be sure but enough is enough. Rum was meant to be produced, and mostly drunk, in the Caribean. While primarily for Pirates it can be enjoyed by all. That said, Rum produced by people that have even seen dog sleds, never mind invented them, is just not acceptable. To prove this I have gone to great lengths to procure this bottle for the rally. It will prove once and for all why Pirates hang out in the Caribean rather than in Canada.

With any luck I will manage to bring it with the seal still intacked though I make no promises. Yes I am a Pirate, born 200 years too late.

Wicked Preparation

I blame Emmbeedee for my recent Garmin Montana purchase. My StreetPilot 2610 is about 9 years old. Time for an upgrade. So, I got the Montana 650t for that upgrade and more specifically for this adventure in June. Canada topo maps are a required addition. I don't like being lost. I certainly don't like being lost in the wilds with lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Well, at least bears and big cats. So, now I'm off to read Mike's thread on the features of my new toy.

Do you people realize I have traded a motorcycle for a new one and purchased new electronics mainly based around this ride? Of course, a lot of the riding I like to do is all very similar to this, but this is a bloody good reason!

Both good choices, IMHO...
