Gentlemen, some sizes, especially fringe SKUs, are getting low. Smalls are gone, There are a few more coming later this month, but after that, they are gone until next year.

Mix 'n match...

An idea popped up in a conversation with a customer interested in a Rally Air suit.....by subbing the Rally Pants instead of the [Rally Air Pants AND Gore Overshell pants], you can save a couple hundred $$$ and have a more convenient and arguably a more versatile setup......

Just a thought.....

BP, is the Gore Tex overshell for the Rally Air pants available separately?

Ah, nice! The part I didn't get was this: "with the removal of "that" tread....nice touch...."

Was the removal straightforward? I'll be removing mine this weekend.

Trim the white thread with a pair of nail clippers and the "Monkey Paw" can be completely removed, revealing a fully sewn "standard" wrist gaiter underneath. Not everyone liked the "monkey paw" on the Badlands, and removing it required re-hemming the gaiter. This was a good compromise.

Definitely. Klim definitely listens to their customers. Mine are now gone.

Anyone have a weight comparison between the last gen Rally jacket and the new version (Rally - not the Rally Air)?

I have the last gen Rally jacket (in medium) and in the walkthrough I saw on RevZilla they mentioned that the new might actually weigh more.

Thanks for any comparison weight data you might have!

Mark

They do weigh slightly more that a Gen 1 Rally. An L is a shade over 10 lbs. Some is due to the armor, it is larger, thicker, and there are more pieces. Some is also certainly the fabric.
