Yes, that is correct.

What I heard about the integration with the outer layer was innovative. Just the act of using stretch Gore in our industry is new, as far as I know. The base is admittedly not, but the combination is.

A packable stretch GTX shell would be an innovative piece. I also agree that the execution makes or breaks the piece.

I do not know the Stadler suit. The TT suit is really cool. As everything they do. Would be great of someone posted pics of it, as I would like to compare them here (but it would be awesome if they were NOT from another retailers site....).

Motoport gets credit for being the first to use the Shoeller fabric on a suit, but their WP solution is not innovative IMO. I do admire Wayne for sticking to a business model based on good product.

I'm sure the product is great and I trust Klim on this.
Making a ProShell jacket is nothing original, but that doesn't make the BadlandsPro less of an excellent jacket.
As you say, the implementation is what it counts, and with the Air Klim are doing their own (usually excellent) implementation of a recent, emerging trend in clothing.

I am convinced that, though MY opinion was that these are innovative, the MARKET opinion is that they are not. So, I will edit my post accordingly.
While their implementation might be considered innovative, IMO, what made your post a bit uneasy for me to read was that it seemed to suggest they are the first to arrive to market with such an idea, which implies that you can't find something similar anywhere else.

Best

Oops, my bad. Sorry. I too was subscribed and got interested when it popped up again, forgetting where the post was and it's origin. No malice intended

Well, the Overland suit is out. Hope this means the Air is coming very soon.
