I don't know from this thread if the OP has purchased a set of your DVDs but I would highly recommend them. Watching them and then doing one of these jobs becomes like working with a patient, highly knowledgeable friend. I think this procedure is covered in the DVDs, yes?

I highly doubt you have excessive crankcase pressure. If you did you would have leaking seals all over the place. I suspect wither you have gotten a bad sight glass, or your sight glass hole is somehow out of spec.

What I would suggest is that you install a new one, drille some safety wire holes around it, and safety wire it in. This has been done successfully before.

mine blew out in colorado a couple months ago. i also broke the first i put in. its a little bitch. put a second one in and it was seeping so i said f it and brought it to the dealer to reapair. they also replaced some o ring by the sparkplug the said was leaking. i dunno. i carry an extra one with me now.
