I'll circle back with more details later, but today I rode the old approach to Cd Victoria from the south and had the whole twenty some odd miles to myself. Awesome. Crossing back at Pharr tomorrow.

We took the Puente Pharr Cuota, 7 pesos, which bypassed Reynosa and brought us right to the bridge.
