Anna, I'll admit I've kind of fallen off since you arrived in San Francisco, but I really enjoyed you taking us along on your journey. Thanks for taking the time to tell your story. Moxie, you have it.

Awesome

Young Lady, you are the only writer on here that can make this 58 yr old laugh and (cough) tear up in almost the same paragraph. Remember i still want to read the book!

+1.(only I'm 59) . I knew you'd have another update for us soon! Ha..
I can imagine how your Dad felt.. Dropped my daughter off in New York City (summer internship) several years ago. Got on the plane to fly back home, lots of tears.. Family..
Thank you for the latest, patiently waiting for the rest..

This trip is inspiring. I've always wanted to do this but life gets in the way. The wife and I are planning one doing a trip like this when the kids are gone. but that is 14 years from now... Thank you for writing this whole thing down it keeps folks like us motivated for our future goals. Thank you for the smiles Girl!

Loving this report Anna.

Sorry Noah, but once I saw your mention of Anna's report I got side tracked. I'm finally caught up so now I can turn some attention back to you!

Great stuff.

Anna, I found a link to your story on another forum and took a look. I was sucked in first thing. I love you, your story, your sense of adventure almost everything. I hope my daughter turns out to be like you in many ways.

Me too! Another chick posted a whole thread with the link to this amazing story and I will not confess how many "lunch hours" at work I spent reading.

Sign me up for the 1st copy! Great prolific writing, especially about the 2 day ferry trip. Could not get enough! The story reminds me of when I read, "I Can See By My Outfit" by Peter Beagle. The adventures are different but the richness of the writing is outstanding!

I am encouraged by your adventure immensely! I will likely reread it! I've got to do something during my lunch hour

Taking in all this incredible story, how in the world can you and Mrs. wait that long to live such an epic dream?

I cannot say anything, I share you're dream as well. You are so right, life gets in the way... Sharing in your admiration

I was turned onto this thread from another forum and just read through the past 43 pages over the last 2 days. I joined the forum so I could throw my two cents in. Now the problem is I lack the words to describe your inspirational spirit and your incredible writing skills.

You are an amazing young lady, and your passion, drive, and the honesty in your writing is truly inspiring. You are also incredibly talented and have a gift for writing and storytelling.

I look forward to the rest of your report. When it is finished I'll be sharing it with my daughters. I hope you are able to turn this into a published book upon its completion. Your story deserves to be read by as many people as possible so you can share your inspiration.

I sincerely wish you the best and look forward to the rest of your report. Maybe someday I'll be able to do a ride to Alaska, until then I'll live vicariously through you.
